Zielke钉系统经椎弓根固定治疗胸腰椎骨折脱位合并脊髓损伤

目的：研究和评估Zielke钉在胸腰椎经后路椎弓根内固定中的价值和作用。方法：对25例胸腰椎骨折脱位合并脊髓损伤患者采用后路减压,复位,并采用Zielke钉经后路椎弓根固定。结果：25例均获随访,随访时间0．5－3年,除3例发生螺钉断裂,松脱,移位现象外,其余病例无并发症。结论：Zielke钉可使固定节段具有较强的抗多载轴荷的稳定性,并具有创伤小,出血少,操作相对简单安全,固定节段少等优点,特别适用于腰胸椎骨折脱位后路减压和复位需要重建脊柱稳定性的治疗。

Zielke screw fixation through pedicle of vertebral arch for the treatment of thoracolumbar fracture and dislocation with spinal cord injuries

Objective*"To study and evaluate the efficacy of Zielke screw in posterior thoracolumbar fixation Methods*"25 cases of thoracolumbar fracture and disloscation with spinal cord injuries were treated by posterior decompression,reduction and Zielke screw fixation.Results*"The average followed up ranged from 6 months to 3 years.3 cases had screw breaking,loosening,displacement and there were no complications in other cases.Conclusion*"Zielke screw is able to ensure good stability and had advantages of simplicity,safety,less fixation segment,especially useful for stabilization of thoracolumbar region after posterior decompression and reduction.
