| 摘 要： | 目的：研究胃癌及胃炎组织中多药耐药基因产物Ｐ糖蛋白的表达。方法：采用免疫组化方法检测Ｐ－ｇｐ的分布。结果：各组胃癌及胃炎组织中均有Ｐ－ｇｐ表达，其中慢性胃炎 状及头癌、与代分化及未分化癌比较，Ｐ〈０．０１，差异有显著性意义。印戒细胞癌与低分化及未分化癌比较，Ｐ〈０．０１，差异有显著性意义，结论：癌组织Ｐ－ｇｐ表达较慢性胃炎强，但癌组织中Ｐ－ｇｐ表达不均衡。

| Abstract: | Aim: To study mdr1 gene product (P-gp) expression in the gastric carcinoma and chronic gastritis.Methods: 43 cases of gastric carcinomas and 7 cases of chronic gastritis were studied by immunohistochemistry to determin P-gp. Results: P-gp was detected in each group of the gastric carcinoma and in the chronic gastritis. The expression of P-pg in the group of chronic gastritis, tubular & papillary adenocarcinoma, poorly differentiated & undifferentiated carcinoma had distinct difference (P<0. 01). The expression of P-gp in the group of poor1y differentiated & undifferentiated carcino a and the group of signet-ring cell carcinoma also had distinct difference (P<0. 01 ). Conclusion: There was higher level of P-gp in the gastric carcinoma than in the chronic gastrtis. But, the expressions of P-gp in the gastric carcinoma were not balance. |
