| Abstract: | Summary The authors report their experience of the repair of abdominal incisional hernia secondary to median sternotomy. Twenty three patients have been operated with the same technique using a dacron mesh for reinforcement of the abdominal wall. During follow up, no recurrence has so far appeared. |
