| 摘 要： | 支气管哮喘是由多种炎症细胞和炎症介质介导的慢性气道炎症。血小板激活因子（platelet-activating factot，PAF）是一种功能强大的脂类介质，主要和细胞膜上的PAF受体（PAF-Receptor，PAFR）结合介导生物学反应，在哮喘发生发展过程中具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Bronchial asthma is a chronic inflammatory process in the airway,which is mediated by kinds of inflammatory cells and inflammatory mediators.Platelet activating factor(PAF) is a proinflammatory phospholipids mediator that has potent properties.PAF mediates its biologic effects via activation of PAF receptor on the membrane,and play an important role in the process of asthma. |
