国产曲马多与盐酸二氢埃托啡用于分娩镇痛的对照研究

将１２０例产程进入活跃期的产妇随机分为三组，分别应用曲马多口服，盐酸二氢埃托啡舌下含化，以维生素Ｂ１口服做对对照，用双盲法观察分娩镇痛的有效率及对产程，分娩方式和新生儿的影响，结果：两组镇痛有效率均显著高于对照组（Ｐ〈０．０１），但优良率盐酸二氢埃托啡明显高于曲马多（Ｐ〈０．０５）。三组间产程，分娩方式和新生儿情况无明显差异，提示曲马多与盐酸二氢埃托啡对娩镇痛均有良好的效果，但后者更优。

DOUBLE BLIND PLACEBO CONTROLLED STUDY OF DOMESTIC TRAMADOL AND DIHYDROETROPHINE HYDROCHLORIDE ON LABOR PAIN

One hundred and twenty primigravida were randomly devided into three groups at active phase of labor.Tramadol was administered to group A,dihydroetrophine hydrochloride (DHE)to group B and Vit B 1 as placebo to group C.The results showed the effective rate of pain relief was 85% in group A,95% in group B and 27.1% in group C, the fine effective rate in group B was higher than that in group A (P<0.05).The progress of labor,rate of operative intervention and neonatal well being had no significant difference in all groups.These results indicate that the domestic tramadol and DHE have a good effect,the DHE is better than tramadol on the pain relief in labor.
