成人自学高考学生临床实习满意度调查分析

目的　了解成人自学高考学生临床实习满意度。方法　采用不记名问卷调查法收集 80名学生的一般情况、对带教老师及病室其他护士的评价、总的实习满意度、学生的意见和建议等资料。结果　学生的实习满意度与学生对带教老师、护士长和病室其他护士的评价呈正相关 ,而与学生的年龄、护龄、职称等的关系无统计学意义 ;学生对带教老师的理论和技术水平评价很高 ,而对护士长和病室其他护士的理论与技术水平评价相对较低 ;部分学生认为在实习过程中没有得到应有的关心。结论　自学高考学生的临床实习满意度还有待提高 ,为此 ,应借鉴国外带教模式 ,因人施教 ;全面提高护士的整体素质 ;保护学生的自尊心。

Investigation and analysis of the satisfaction with clinical practice in adult self-teaching preceptees

Objective To investigate the satisfaction level of adult self-teaching preceptees.Method 80 preceptees were surveyed with nameless questionnaire,to collect data about general information,evaluation on clinical teachers and other nurses in the same ward,general satisfaction with clinical practice,students' suggestions et al.Results The satisfaction level was positively related with results of evaluation on clinical teachers,head nurses and other nurses in the same ward. Clinical teachers got the higher evaluation score than head nurses and other nurses in the same ward in knowledge and skills. The clinical teachers,managers and other nurses didn't show their enough attention to the preceptees.Conclusion Measures should be taken to improve the satisfaction level of adult self-teaching preceptees,such as introducing some of the overseas methods into clinical teaching,improving nurses' comprehensive competence,and respecting students' esteem.
