摘    要:空气粉尘污染会对大脑结构与功能产生损害。MRI技术可用于观察空气粉尘污染对脑结构与功能的影响,包括基于T1加权的三维磁化强度预备快速梯度回波(T1WI-3D-MPRAGE)、液体衰减反转恢复(FLAIR)、扩散加权成像(DWI)、扩散张量成像(DTI)、血氧水平依赖成像(BOLD)和MR波谱成像(MRS)等序列。MRI不仅能观察到空气粉尘对大脑整体形态、灰白质以及脑深部核团等重要解剖结构的影响,还能反映大脑神经纤维发育、脑网络功能连接和神经元代谢方面的功能改变。就MRI用于空气粉尘污染对大脑影响的研究及进展作一综述。

Abstract:Particulate matter (PM) pollution can damage the structure and function of brain. A variety of MRI techniques can be used to observe the effects of PM pollution on brain structure and function, including T1WI-3D-magnetization prepared rapid acquisition gradient echo sequences (T1WI-3D-MPRAGE), fluid-attenuated inversion recovery (FLAIR), diffusion weighted imaging (DWI), diffusion tensor imaging (DTI), blood oxygen level dependent imaging (BOLD), MR spectroscopy (MRS) and so on. MRI can not only be used to observe the effects of PM on important anatomical structures such as the overall morphology of the brain, gray and white matter, and deep brain nuclei, but also evaluate functional changes in brain nerve fiber development, functional connectivity of brain networks, and neuronal metabolism. This article reviews the progress of MRI research on the effects of PM pollution on brain.
