辅助生殖妊娠后先兆流产患者延续性护理的需求分析

目的　了解辅助生殖妊娠后先兆流产患者延续性护理的需求。方法　对广东省第二人民医院2021年4月至7月成功实施不孕辅助生殖助孕妊娠后先兆流产的121例患者进行问卷调查,年龄（33.7±4.50）岁,采用多元线性回归分析延续性护理需求程度影响因素。结果　辅助生殖妊娠后先兆流产患者延续护理内容需求中,内容需求排在前3位的分别是安全用药指导、病情观察和就医指导,形式需求排在前3位是网络咨询“叮呗医生”,开通咨询电话及微信公众号信息推送。多元线性回归分析显示,文化程度及去医院和诊所的频率与延续性护理需求的程度有关（t=4.11、2.68,均P<0.05）。结论　辅助生殖妊娠后先兆流产患者对出院后的延续性护理有迫切的需求,且形式多样。加强出院后患者的健康指导,采用个体化、现代化的延续性护理措施,以提高患者出院后的生活质量。

Needs of continuous care for threatened abortion patients after assistedreproductive pregnancy

Objective　To understand the continuous nursing needs of patients with threatenedabortion after assisted reproductive pregnancy. Methods　One hundred and twenty-one patients with threatened abortion afterassisted reproductive pregnancy at Guangdong Second People's Hospital wereinvestigated by questionnaire from April to July 2021. They were (33.7 ±4.50)years old. The influencing factors of continuous nursing needs were analyzed bymultiple linear regression. Results　The top three contentrequirements were safe medication guidance, disease observation, and medicalguidance. The top three formal requirements were online consultation DingBai doctor, opening consultation telephone number, and Wechat officialaccount information pushing. Multiple linear regression analysis showed thateducation level and hospital-clinic-visiting frequency were related to thedegree of continuous nursing needs (t=4.11and 2.68, both P<0.05). Conclusions　Patients withthreatened abortion after assisted reproductive assistance have an urgent needfor continuous nursing after discharge, and there are various forms. Theirhealth guidance of patients after discharge should be strengthened andindividualized and modern continuous nursing measures adopted to improve theirquality of life after discharge.
