药物联合应用治疗棘球蚴病的研究进展

棘球蚴病是一种严重的人兽共患寄生虫病,以手术治疗为首选治疗方式,但存在术中易播散、术后易复发等问题,因此药物治疗对包虫病患者术前、术中和术后都必不可少。特殊化学药物联合阿苯达唑可发挥药物协同作用,明显增强治疗效果;中药组分联合阿苯达唑可增强疗效、降低药物剂量,具有保肝作用。因此,联合用药以发挥增效减毒为目标,一定程度上弥补了阿苯达唑等经典药物的不足,为包虫病的药物治疗提供了新的思路。本文对各药物联合治疗包虫病的效果做一综述,为今后探索药物联用治疗包虫病提供参考。

Advances in the study of drug combinations to treat echinococcosis

Echinococcosis is a serious zoonotic parasitic disease. Surgical treatment is the preferred treatment method. However, there are problems such as spread during surgery and recurrence after surgery. Therefore, drug treatment is indispensable for patients with echinococcosis before and after surgery. Combination of particular chemical drugs with albendazole can lead to a synergistic effect of the drugs and significantly enhance the therapeutic effect. Combination of traditional Chinese medicine components with albendazole can enhance the curative effect, reduce the dosage of drugs, and have a liver-protective effect. Combining drugs aims to increase efficacy and reduce toxicity, to a certain extent making up for the shortcomings of albendazole, and has become a new drug treatment strategy for echinococcosis. This article summarizes the effects of various drugs combined with albendazole in the treatment of echinococcosis, and provides a reference for future exploration of drug combinations in the treatment of echinococcosis.
