唐山汉族冠心病患者的指纹纹型分析

摘    要:目的:研究冠心病患者的指纹纹型分布,并与正常人群指纹分布作比较,为临床医学提供基础皮纹学参数。方法:对160 例唐山地区冠心病患者及160 例对照组人群印泥拓取法采集指纹,放大镜下鉴定。结果:冠心病患者的指纹参数值为:斗形纹(W)占56.19%,箕形纹(L)占41.25%,弓形纹(A)占2.56%。A形纹多见于示指,其次是中指;Lr 多见于示指;Lu 多见于小指;W多见于环指。冠心病患者示指箕形纹和弓形纹的频率较对照组具有显著性差异。双手十指同纹型的频率为20%。一手五指纹型组合频率为OLW(65.31%)> 同型组合(26.25%)>ALO(4.69%)>ALW(3.75%)。对应手指纹型组合频率为W/W( 49.13%)>L/L( 33.00%)>L/W(13.00%)>A/L(3.50%)>A/A(1.25%)。患者组和对照组示指出现A/L 和L/W组合的频率差异显著,2 组中L/W和W/W组合的频率差异显著。结论: 冠心病患者指纹纹型分布具有特异性,且男性和女性间差别不显著。

Analysis of fingerprint patterns in patients with coronary artery disease in Tangshan*
Abstract:Objective To study distribution of fingerprint patterns of 160 coronary artery heart disease( CAD)among Han nationality population in Tangshan, and compare the fingerprints with 160 normal population distri butionfor providing normal parameters for medicine. Methods Fingerprints were obtained using the inkpad rubbingmethod and identified by magnifier. Results The values of the fingerprint patterns on the CADs from Tangshan werereported. The frequency of Whorl(W) was 56.19%, of Loop(L) was 41.25%, and of Arch(A) was 2.56%. Awas mainly distributed in the index fingers, and then in the middle fingers. Radial loop(Lr) was mainly distributedin the index fingers. Ulnar loop(Lu) was mainly distributed in the little fingers. W was mainly distributed in thering fingers. In the index fingers, the frequencies of A patterns and L patterns of CADs compared to the controlsshowed a significant difference. The frequency of same fingerprint pattern of ten fingers was 20%. The frequencies ofcombination of the fingerprint patterns in one hand were OLW(65.31%)>combination of same types(26.25%)>ALO(4.69%)>ALW(3.75%). The frequencies of combination of fingerprint patterns on corre sponding fingers wereW/W( 49.13%)>L/L( 33.00%)>L/W(13.00%)>A/L(3.50%)>A/A(1.25%). The frequencies of A/L and L/Wof CADs in the index fingers compared to the controls showed a significant difference. The frequencies of L/Wand W/W of CADs compared to the controls also showed a significant difference. Conclusion The distribution offingerprint patterns of CADs has specificity, and there is no dif ference between male and female.
