| 摘 要： | 目的：分析注射用硫酸依替米星的临床不良反应。方法：我院2007年2月～2008年3月1256例住院患者使用注射用硫酸依替米星有关的情况进行了调查分析，对患者的一般情况，用药情况及不良反应进行统计分析。结果：使用单一抗生素458例，联合用药798例，出现不良反应的有84例，不良反应发生率为6．69％，其中听力平衡异常16例，发生率为1．27％；肝功能异常5例，发生率为0．39％；肾功能异常9例，发生率为0．72％（9／1256）。消化系统反应38例，发生率为3．02％。结论：硫酸依替米星是安全性较高的新型氨基苷类抗生素，但仍有一些不良反应的特性，要合理使用硫酸依替米星，避免和减少不良反应的发生。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE： To analyze the adverse drug reactions induced by Etimicin Sulfate for Injection. METHODS： A total of 1 256 inpatients treated with Etimicin Sulfate for Injection in our hospital from Feb. 2007 to Mar. 2008 were collected and analyzed in respect of patients＇ general state, drug utilization and adverse drug reactions. RESULTS： Of the total 1 256 case, 458 received single - kind antibiotics, and 798 received drugs in combination; 84 （6.69%） showed ADRs, of which, 16 （1.27%） had hearing balance disorder, 5 （0.39%） hepatic dysfunction, 9 （0.72%, 9/1 256） renal dysfunction, and 38 （3.02%） digestive system reactions. CONCLUSION： Etimicin Sulfate belongs to aminoglycosides of good safety, yet it may induce certain adverse drug reactions, therefore, it should be used rationally to avoid or decrease the incidence of ADRs. |
