经直肠超声引导下前列腺穿刺活检术的再探讨

目的评价经直肠超声引导下前列腺穿刺活检的临床价值。方法对临床高度怀疑前列腺癌86例患者进行经直肠超声引导下前列腺穿刺活检。结果经病理证实前列腺癌34例,前列腺增生41例,不典型增生2例,前列腺内皮瘤3例,前列腺慢性炎症4例,鳞状上皮化生1例,结核1例。3例患者声像图未显示前列腺占位病变但穿刺活检为前列腺癌,而2例前列腺特异性抗原异常增高的患者穿刺活检为前列腺增生。结论经直肠超声引导下前列腺穿刺活检术操作简单、准确性高、安全、并发症极少,在临床早期诊断前列腺癌很有价值,为选择治疗方案提供指导。

Further Discussion on Prostatic Puncture and Biopsy Guided by Trans-Rectal Ultrasound

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of prostatic puncture and biopsy guided by trans-rectal ultrasound. Methods Prostatic puncture and biopsy guided by trans-rectal ultrasound was performed in 86 patients suspected of prostate cancer. Results 34 cases of prostatic cancer,41 benign hyperplasia,2 atypical hyperplasia,3 endothelioma,4 chronic inflammation , 1 squamous cell metaplasia and 1 tuberculosis were diagnosed and confirmed by pathological examination. 3 cases without imaging of occupying lesions were diagnosed as prostatic cancer by prostatic puncture and biopsy. While 2 cases whose prostate specific antigen unusually increased were proved hyperplasia. Conclusion Trans rectal ultrasound prostate biopsy has the advantages of easy manipulation,accuracy, safe and few complications. It is useful in the early clinical diagnosis of prostate cancer and the choice of therapies.
