| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨人工流产前30 min服用独一味1.8 g,舌下含化米索前列醇0.4 mg终止早孕的临床效果.方法 将孕8～10周需终止妊娠并要求无痛人工流产的680例孕妇随机分为观察组(530例)和对照组(150例).前者在人工流产前30min服用独一味1.8 g,舌下含化米索前列醇0.4 mg,后者不用;观察两组术中宫颈松弛扩张情况、腹疼及术后出血量.结果 观察组宫颈松弛扩张度明显大于对照组(P＜0.05),且易于手术操作;术中疼痛程度及手术后出血量均明显轻于或少于对照组(P＜0.05和P＜0.01).结论 采用独一味加米索前列醇术前30 min口服,病人的疼痛程度、宫口松弛度、阴道出血明显改善,值得临床推广应用.

| Abstract: | Objective To find the effect of misoprostol and duyiwei induced abortion.Methods 680 cases were classified into two groups,the treating group who were treated with 0.4 mg Misoprostol and 1.8 g Duyiwei PO 30 minutes before Induced Abortion,Control group without misoprostol and Duyiwei.Results There are significant difference between the control group and treating group in the relaxation effect of uterus endocervical(P<0.05),pain degree,and the amount of lost blood(P<0.05 & P<0.01).Conclusion The misoprostol and Duyiwei could reduce the pain,blood lose,and help uterus contraction,was seemed as an effective and useful methods in induced Abortion. |
