| 摘 要： | 改变胸腹腔内出血病人需要剖胸或剖腹止血与修补的治疗现状。方法在电视内窥镜系统监视和引导下，采用腔镜下缝合修补技术，电凝止血和钛夹钳闭等方式进行处理，临床５１例。结果除３例中转为开放性手术外，余全部在腔镜下完成手术，均在２－７ｄ内出院。

| Abstract: | Objective To make a change of treatment of acute hemorrhage of abdomen or thoraces with laparotomy, ventrotomy and thoracotomy. Methods A total of 51 patients with acute hemorrhage of abdomen or thoraces underwent endo suture and ligation, electrocoagulation hemostasis and titanium clips incarceration, under video endoscopy monitoring and leading. Results Of total, 3 patients had to receive ordinary opertion,the rest were operated on by endoscopic technique and discharged in 2 to 7 days. Conclusions Acute hemorrhage of abdomen or thoraces can be cured by endoscopic technology which is aiming at early diagnosis and treatment.It may be a better therapy for acute hemorrhage of abdomen or thoraces than ordinary operation. |
