颈动脉内膜剥脱术后的护理

目的 探讨颈动脉内膜剥脱术后的护理经验。方法 对30例行颈动脉内膜剥脱术的患者，术后控制血压，密切观察脑部症状，重视患者自觉症状，加强呼吸道管理，抗凝药物应用的观察与护理。结果 本组除1例出现不可逆脑损坏外，其余患者均恢复良好。结论 控制血压是术后护理的关键。密切观察脑部症状，重视患者自觉症状，加强呼吸道管理及抗凝药物应用，术后出血的观察与护理，对减少术后并发症，提高手术成功率尤为关键。

Postoperative care of patients undergoing cervical endarterium denudation

Objective To explore the experience of caring patients having undergone cervical endarterium denudation.Method 30 patients having undergone cervical endarterium denudation were cared by postoperative control of blood pressure,close observation of cerebral symptoms,attaching importance to rational symptom of the patients,enhanced management of respiratory tract and observation after use of anticoagulants.Results Except one case with un-reversible cerebral damage,all others came to a better recovery.Conclusion Postoperative care has its key exist in containing of blood pressure.Close observation of cerebral symptoms,attaching importance to rational symptom of the patients,enhanced management of respiratory tract and observation after use of anticoagulants are critical for the success of denudation.
