ePTFE人工血管旁路术治疗股腘动脉硬化闭塞症

目的探讨慢性股腘动脉硬化闭塞症旁路手术治疗的临床效果。方法回顾性分析旁路手术治疗股腘动脉硬化性闭塞症80例共106条肢体,其中股-腘动脉ePTFE人工血管转流术77条肢体,股-腘动脉自体大隐静脉转流术21条肢体。股-腘动脉原位大隐静脉转流术8条肢体。结果临床症状消失或好转95条肢体,无围手术期死亡病例,并发症20%(16例),截肢2例。随访4~36个月,平均随访13个月,动脉旁路转流术通畅率89.6%。结论动脉旁路转流术是治疗股腘动脉硬化闭塞症的有效手段。ePTFE人工血管旁路转流术适用于自身大隐静脉条件差或不能耐受较长时间手术的患者。

Bypass surgery with ePTFE artificial vessel on femoral popliteal arteriosclerotic occlusive disease

Objective It is to evaluate the preliminary clinical effect of bypass surgery with ePTFE artificial vessel on chronic femoral-popliteal arteriosclerotic occlusive diseases.Methods The clinical data of 80 cases(106 legs) with femoral-popliteal arteriosclerotic occlusive disease treated by bypass surgery were analyzed retrospectively.Of the total,77 cases treated by ePTFE artificial vessels bypass;21 cases treated by saphenous vein arterial bypass.Results 95 cases were recovered or improved,16 cases(20%) with various complications,2 cases acceptd leg amputated.Follow-up time from 4-36 months,average 13 months,the patency rate of bypass was 89.6%.Conclusion Arteries bypass is an effective therapy of femoral popliteal arteriosclerotic occlusive diseases.The operation of ePTFE artificial vessels bypass is the indication for those who has not good qualification of great saphenous vein or do not tolerance operation for long time.
