| 摘 要： | 目的探讨婴幼儿无创血压测量结果的准确可靠性.方法选择术中需要进行有创监测的婴幼儿17例,行腋动脉穿刺连续测量有创血压后,在同侧肢体间断测量肱动脉无创血压,并将无创血压结果与有创血压结果进行对比分析.结果有创血压和无创血压比较存在无显著性差异(P＞0.05).收缩压平均偏差为-0.03846,舒张压为-2.52198;收缩压标准方差为4.673146,舒张压为6.097464.结论在婴幼儿无创血压测量结果可以准确反映病人的血压状况.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the reliability of non-invasive measurement of arterial pressurein infants . Methods 17infants needed to monitor invasive arterial pressure during operation wereselected. Axilla artery was catheterized to monitor invasive arterial pressure continuously. Non-invasive arterial pressure were monitored at humerus artery of the same arm. Compare the results ofinvasive and non-invasive measurement of arterial pressure.Results There is no significant differ-ence between invasive and non-invasive measurement of arterial pressure. Mean error of systolicpressure and diastolic pressure is -0.03846 and -2.52198 respectively, Standard deviation of systolicpressure and diastolic pressure is 4.673146 and 6.097464 respectively.Conclusion Non-invasivemeasurement of arterial pressure could reflect precisely blood pressure level of patients in infants. |
