上颌骨原发性恶性纤维组织细胞瘤(附5例报告)

报告5例上颔骨原发性MFH,男2例,女3例,年龄17-39岁,平均29岁。临床主要症状为疼痛和肿块。X线表现为溶骨性破坏。结合文献讨论本瘤的诊断和组织起源。

Primary Malignant Fibrous Histiocytoma(MFH)of the Maxilla.A Report of 5 Cases

Five cases of MFH arising in maxilla were reported. There were 2 males and 3 females with age ranged from 17 to 39 years, mean 29 years. The prominent symptoms were pain or swelling. Radiological features usually consisted in an osteolytic lesion with irregular margin, mimicking an osteogenic sarcoma or fibrosarcoma. The diagnosis of MFH, both clinically and radiologically, is difficult to make. Accurate diagnosis largely depends on the following histological features: pleomorphic with histiocyte-like and fibroblast-like cells predominating. According to the histological features, the authors support the concept that MFH is probably derived from histiocytes.
