46例糖尿病视网膜病变患者氩激光治疗的临床疗效

目的 :观察糖尿病视网膜病变 (DR)的激光治疗的临床疗效。方法 :对 46例 86只眼DR患者用氩激光进行光凝治疗。结果 :2 6例单纯型 (BDR)患者 46只眼行局部光凝治疗 ,有效率为 10 0 % ,随访 1a有效率 78.2 %。 2 0例增殖型 (PDR)患者 40只眼行全视网膜光凝治疗 ,有效率 86.1% ,随访 1a有效率 72 .5 %。无明显并发症。结论 :激光治疗糖尿病视网膜病变是安全有效的方法之一 ,对各期DR患者只要能观察到眼底 ,都应尽早行视网膜光凝治疗

The clinical effect of Argon laser therapy in 46 patients with diabetic retinopathy

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of laser therapy in diabetic retinopathy.Methods: 46 patients (86 eyes) with diabetic retinopathy were treated with Argon laser photocoagulation.Results: 26 patients (46 eyes) with background diabetic retinopathy (BDR) were performed partial optomein photocoagulation therapy, the effective ratio was 100%, during the period of 1a follow-up, the effective ratio remained 78.2%. 20 patients (40 eyes) with proliferative diabetic retinopathy (PDR) were performed complete optomein photocoagulation therapy, the effective ratio was 86.1%, during the period of 1a follow-up, the effective ratio remained 72.5%, without obvious complication.Conclusion: Laser therapy is one of a securit and effective methods to treat diabetic retinopathy. Regardless of the period the patient with diabetic retinopathy is in, only if the fundus of eye can be observed, optomein photocoagulation therapy should be performed as early as possible.
