超声引导乳腺定位导丝置入在触诊阴性乳腺微钙化病变中的应用

摘    要: 目的 探讨超声引导下乳腺定位导丝置入技术在触诊阴性的乳腺微钙化病变中的临床应用价值。方法 选择50例临床触诊阴性而经乳腺钼靶X线摄影发现乳腺微钙化病灶患者,于超声引导下在微钙化中心置入乳腺定位导丝。手术切除导丝定位的微钙化周围直径约2 cm的组织,进行病理检查。结果 50例患者中,19例为乳腺恶性肿瘤,31例为乳腺良性病变。结论 超声引导下乳腺定位导丝置入技术是一种操作简单、定位准确、安全性好、无辐射的方法,对于临床触诊阴性乳腺癌伴微钙化的早期诊断及治疗有重要价值。

Abstract:Objective To explore the value of ultrasound-guided wire insertion in negative palpation breast with microcalcification. Methods Fifty patients whose negative palpation breast with microcalcification on mammography were enrolled. The guiding wire was percutaneously implanted into the centre of breast microcalcification under ultrasound-guidance. Then tissue around the lesions about 2 cm in diameter were resected for pathological examination during surgical operation. Results Malignant tumors were found in 19 patients, while benign breast lesions were proved pathologically in 31 patients. Conclusion Ultrasound-guided wire insertion is a simple, accurate, safe and non-radiation method, having great value in early diagnosis and treatment of negative palpation breast cancer with microcalcification.
