醒脑静与柴胡注射液对上呼吸道感染并高热的疗效对比

目的 探讨醒脑静注射液与柴胡注射液治疗上呼吸道感染并高热病人的疗效对比.方法 对98例病毒性上呼吸道感染并高热病人在常规治疗的基础上,加用醒脑静注射液对症治疗,与96例加用柴胡注射液作对照分析,观察其药物疗效.结果 应用醒脑静可减少患者发热持续时间,缩短病程,4小时退热效果优于对照组(P＜0.05).全部患者均未出现大汗虚脱现象、惊厥发作以及发热反弹,且未见副作用.结论 醒脑静注射液对病毒性上呼吸道感染伴高热的退热作用迅速而持久,具有一定的优越性.

The Curative Effect Contrast of Xingnaojing Injection and Chaihu Injection Treatment Acute Upper Respiratory Infection Complicated High Fever

Objective To study the curative effect contrast of Xingnaojing injection and Chaihu injection treatment acute upper respiratory infection complicated high fever Methods 98 patients of acute upper respiratory infection complicated high fever by viral infection were treated use Xingnaojing injection with conventional treatment. Before and after the treatment,clinical symptom ,major physiological data and the body temperature were recorded.96 patients were treated with Chaihu injection(control group),Contrast analytical results with Xingnaojing injection's group.Results After treatment,clinical symptom in Xingnaojing injection's group decreased and the body temperature fall quickly.compared with the contrast group.Conclusion Comparing with control group,The effects which Xingnaojing injection can depress the fever induced by acute upper respiratory infection.and improve state of an illness more quickly and effectively.
