急诊科护士职业倦怠调查分析与应对措施

目的：了解急诊科护士的职业倦怠状况,分析急诊科护士职业倦怠产生的根源、机制及对急诊科护士的影响,并阐明应对措施。方法：采用问卷调查法,对64名急诊科护士与256名其他科室护士的职业倦怠状况进行对比分析。结果：急诊科护士在情感枯竭、去人性化和个人成就感降低3个维度上得分均高于其他科室,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：急诊科护士的职业倦怠程度较为严重,应采取改善工作环境、得到管理者的支持、培养健康人格及工作态度等措施,以减轻职业倦怠。

Survey Analysis and Corresponding Measures on Professional Tiredness of the Nurses in Emergency Department

Objective： To understand the state on the professional tiredness of nurses in emergency department and analyze the sources,mechanisms and impact on the professional tiredness of nurses in emergency department so as to clarify the corresponding measures.Methods： The state on the professional tiredness of 64 nurses in emergency department and 256 nurses in other departments were surveyed and analyzed by questionnaire.Results： Compared with the nurses in other departments,the nurses in emergency department had higher scores in three dimensions of emotional exhaustion,de-humanization and diminished personal accomplishment.The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The degree of professional tiredness of nurses in emergency department is more serious and need to take various measures to change this state.The corresponding measures mainly are improving the working environment,obtaining the management＇s supports and developing a healthy personality and the attitude towards work so as to reduce the professional tiredness.
