1994~2003年河南省疟疾流行特征

摘    要:目的分析河南省疟疾流行特征,指导疟疾防治。方法以疫情报告和重点疫区、疫点调查资料为依据,统计分析河南省疟疾流行特征。结果河南省疟疾处于低水平流行,但疫情波动;局部暴发流行屡有发生;发病以当地感染为主,病例分布既广泛又集中,各年度病例主要集中在有嗜人按蚊分布的复媒介地区和暴发流行地区。结论1994~2003年河南省疟疾流行特征与此前40年相比,除流行程度较低外未发生根本性改变,其间实施的防治措施效果肯定,防治与监测仍是长期任务。

Abstract:Objective To analyze malaria epidemic characteristics,so as to guide the malaria prevention and control in Henan Province. Methods The data of malaria epidemic reports and results of key-point investigation was collected,the retrospective investigation method was used to analyze malaria epidemic characteristics.Results Malaria epidemic in whole province was in low level during 1994-2003,but the epidemic situation was undulated;Malaria outbreaks were occurred frequently in local areas;The main malaria cases were infected in local areas.The distribution of malaria cases had the characteristic of widespread and concentrates.The malaria cases of each year were concentrated in areas with the vectors of Anopheles anthropophagus and Anopheles sinensis and outbreak epidemic areas.Conclusion The malaria epidemic characteristics in recent 10 years were not radically changed compared with that of 40 years ago,the effects of prevention and control measures during the recent 10 years were affirmative,but prevention,treatment and surveillance should still be the long-term mission,it is important to enhance the vector surveillance.
