| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨ＨＬＡ－ＤＲ４、ＨＬＡ－ＤＲｗ５３抗原与Ｖｏｇｔ－小柳－原田综合征的相关性。方法：用聚合酶链反应一系列引物法对６１例Ｖｏｇｔ－小柳原田综合征和１０２个健康人进行ＨＬＡ－ＤＲ４、ＨＬＡ－ＤＲｗ５３分型。结果：患者ＨＬＡ－ＤＲ４、ＨＬＡ－ＤＲｗ５３阳性率分别为４５．９０％和６２．２９％，正常对照组阳性率则分别为１４．７１％和３８．２４％，患者与正常对照之间有显著性差异。结论 Ｖｏｇｔ－小柳原田综合征与ＨＬＡ－ＤＲ４和ＨＬＡ－ＤＲｗ５３有密切的相关性。

| Abstract: | To investigate the association of Vogt Koyanagi Harada(VKH)Syndrome with HLA-DR4,HLA-DRw53 in Chinese patients Methods:Polymerase chain reaction sequence specific primer(PCR-SSP)was used for HLA-DR4,HLA-DRw53 typing in 61 patients with VKH syndrome and 102 healthy individuals Results:The positive rate of both HLA-DR4(45 90%)and HLA-DRw53(62 29%)in patients with VKH syndrome was significantly higher than that in normal individuals(14 71% and 38 24% respectively) Conclusion:VKH syndrome is strongly associated with HLA-DR4 and HLA-DRw53 in Chinese patients |
