香丹PSS降纤酶联合应用治疗高粘滞血症疗效分析

目的:探讨对高粘滞、高脂血症治疗的最佳方案。方法:60例治疗组高粘高脂血症患者予静点香丹、PSS、降纤酶,并予治疗前后血脂及血液流变学多项指标对比。结果:治疗组甘油三脂(TG)、胆固醇(TC)、全血粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞压积、纤维蛋白原较治疗前均明显降低(P<0.05),与对照组对比不仅疗程短、各项指标治疗前后对比疗效显著。结论:三药联合应用治疗高粘滞、高脂血症,异曲同功,取得有别于传统或常规药物组合的治疗效果,但也面临相对较多副作用或并发症的风险,值得同仁们在医疗实践中借鉴与探讨。

The Efficacy Analysis of Xiangdan, PSS and Difibrase Combined Therapy in Treating to Blood Hyperviscosity Syndrome

Objective: To evaluate the most optimal therapy to blood hyperviscosity and hyperlipidemia.Method: Venous administration of Xiangdan,PSS and Difibrase is applied for 60 patients with blood hyperviscosity and hyperlipidemia,along with pre-test and post-test multiple-index comparison on blood lipid and hemodynamics change.Result: The concentration of triglyceride(TG),cholesterol(TC),total blood viscosity,hematocrit,fibrinogen of the patients from treatment group all decrease significantly(p<0.05),comparing with the placebo group,respectively,along with much shorter hospitalization duration.Conclusion: The combined application of Xiangdan,PSS and Difibrase,differing from the traditional and conventional combinations of drugs,reaches satisfactory outcomes,although it brings relatively more risks of side-effects or complications,which need to be emphasized and noticed by all the doctors.
