| 摘 要： | 目的:总结纤维胆道镜在治疗术后胆道残余结石的经验。方法:回顾分析2004年6月至2007年6月我院应用纤维胆道镜治疗术后胆道残余结石136例。结果:本组1次取尽结石106例,21例分别经2~3次取尽,有9例残石未能取尽,结石取尽率90.3%。结论:术后使用纤维胆道镜治疗残余结石,安全、创伤小、费用低、残石取尽率高。

| Abstract: | Objective: To summarize the experience in treatment of biliary residual stones after operation with endoscopy.Method: The clinical data of 136 patients with biliary residual stones treated by endoscopy in our hospital from June 2004 to June 2007,were retrospectively analyzed.Result: The stones were entirely removed by one-time in 106 patients,the stones in 21 patients were entirely removed by twice or three times,9 patients' stones remained in biliary dusts,stone-removal successful rate is 90.3%.Conclusion: Treatment of biliary residual stones with endoscopy is a state and highly effective way,which minimizes the wounds,costs cheaply. |
