后腹腔镜肾癌根治术对肾癌患者的应用价值分析

目的 探讨后腹腔镜肾癌根治术治疗肾癌的有效性和安全性.方法 选取我院收治的32例肾癌患者,随机均分为对照组（开放性肾癌根治术）和观察组（后腹腔镜肾癌根治术）.比较两组患者手术时间、术中失血量、术后胃肠功能恢复时间、住院时间、并发症发生率及随访存活率的差异.结果 观察组和对照组患者手术时间分别为（156.3±42.1） min和（151.3 ±40.7）min,比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）;观察组术中失血量和住院时间分别为（132.6 ± 32.3） ml和（6.5±1.7）d,均显著少于对照组（P＜0.05）,术后胃肠功能恢复时间为（29.3±4.9）h,显著长于对照组（P＜0.05）;观察组并发症发生率为6.3％,显著低于对照组的18.8％（P＜0.05）;两组患者术后存活情况对比差异无统计学意义（P＞ 0.05）.结论后腹腔镜肾癌根治术治疗肾癌疗效确切,具有微创、痛苦小、术中出血量少、住院时间短和并发症少等优点.

Analysis on clinical value of retroperitoneal laparoscopic radical nephrectomy for the treatment of renal cell carcinoma

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of retroperitoneal laparoscopic radical nephrectomy for the treatment of renal cell carcinoma.Methods 32 cases of renal cell carcinoma in our hospital were randomly divided into control group （received open radical nephrectomy） and observation group （received retroperitoneal laparoscopic radical nephrectomy）.Operative time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery time,hospitalization time,complication rate and survival time of two groups were compared.Results Operative time of observation groups was （156.3 ± 42.1） min,which had no significant difference from control group （P ＞ 0.05）.The intraoperative blood loss and hospitalization time of observation group were （132.6 ± 32.3） ml and （6.5 ± 1.7） d,which were significantly less than those of control group （P ＜ 0.05）,postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery time was （29.3 ± 4.9） h,which was significantly longer than that of control group （P ＜ 0.05）.Complication rate of observation group was 6.3％,which was significantly lower than that of control group （18.8％） （P ＜ 0.05）.The survival time of two group had no significant difference （P ＞ 0.05）.Conclusion Retroperitoneal laparoscopic radical nephrectomy for renal cell carcinoma has exact effect with minimally invasive,less painful,less blood loss,shorter hospital stay and fewer complications.
