腹腔镜治疗外科急腹症70例临床分析

目的探讨腹腔镜技术在外科急腹症中的应用。方法回顾性分析我院2002年1月～2006年12月收治的70例外科急腹症病人的腹腔镜检查与治疗效果。结果全部病例通过腹腔镜均获得明确诊断。腹腔镜下完成手术66例,中转开腹4例。术后发生Trocar穿刺孔感染1例。结论应用腹腔镜诊断和治疗外科急腹症创伤小,安全有效。多数外科急腹症可在腹腔镜下完成治疗,但对部分病例的治疗有一定的局限性。

A clinical analysis of laparoscopic treatment for 71 patients with surgical acute abdomen

Objective To investigate the laparoscopic techniques in the diagnosis and treatment of acute abdomen.Methods The efficacy of laparoscopic checkups and treatment in 70 consecutive patients with surgical acute abdomen admitted from January 2002 to December 2006 was analyzed retrospectively.Results Diagnosis was clarified under a laparoscope in all the patients.Laparoscopic operations were performed on 66 patients,while a conversion to laparotomy was required for 4 patients and wound infection occurred in 1 patient.Conclusion Laparoscopy is feasible,effective and less traumatic for the diagnosis of surgical acute abdomen.Laparoscopic treatment can be done in the majority of the patients,but is not advisable in certain cases.
