复方夏枯草的化学成分研究

摘    要:目的:研究复方夏枯草的化学成分.方法:利用各种色谱技术进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定.结果:从氯仿部位中分离出4个单体化合物,分别为钩藤碱、莨菪碱、二氢白屈菜红碱、25(29)-亚甲基-26-甲基-26-乙基胆甾醇.结论:其中化合物Ⅲ(二氢白屈菜红碱)和化合物Ⅳ(25(29)-亚甲基-26-甲基-26-乙基胆甾醇为首次在该方中发现的化合物.

Abstract:Objective : To study the chemical constituents of compound prunella vulgaris. Method : Various chromatographic tech- niques were used to separate and purify the constituents. The structures were elucidated on the base of physico-chemical properties and spectral data. Result: Four compounds were isolated from chloroform extract. Their structureswere identified as rhynchophylhne, hyo- scyamine, toddaline, and stellesterol respectively. Conclusion: Compound Ⅲ(toddaline) and Compound IV (stellesterol) are isolated from this compound for the first time.
