| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨高频喷射通气 (HFJV)和常规机械通气 (MV)在多发伤者急性呼吸衰竭中的临床应用和治疗作用。方法 :回顾性分析 35例多发伤引起的急性呼吸衰竭的抢救治疗措施及其疗效。结果 :采用HFJV和MV治疗后 12小时PaO2 和PaCO2 与同组治疗前比较均明显改善 ,有显著意义 (P <0 .0 1) ;35例中抢救成功 2 4例 ( 68.6% ) ,死亡 11例 ( 31.4% )。结论 :合理、及时应用HFJV和MV均能改善多发伤者急性呼吸衰竭低氧血症 ,提高抢救成功率。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the clinical uses and treatment effects of high frequency jet ventilation (HFJV) and mechanical ventilation (MV) in the treatment of acute respiratory failure in polytrauma patients.Methods:35 cases of ARF accompanied by polytrauma were analyzed.Results:After having been treated by HFJV and MV for twelve hours,Partial pressure of oxygen in artery (PaO 2) and partial pressure of carbon dioxide in artery (PaCO 2) in two groups are obvious improvement compared with the corresponding group of no treatment,which have distinct significance (P<0.01),24 cases are living (68.6%) and 11 cases are dead (31.4%).Conclusion:Reasonable uses of HFJV and MV can improve hypoxemia of acute respiratory failure in polytrauma patients,increase successful rate of emergency treatment. |
