微波消解-火焰原子吸收法测定天花粉中的微量元素

摘    要:目的:测定中草药天花粉中Fe、Cu、Zn、Mn、Ca的含量。方法:样品经微波消解,采用火焰原子吸收法测定Fe、Cu、Zn、Mn、Ca的含量。结果:该方法快速、简便、准确,回收率为97.87%-103.94%,RSD为0.3175%~1.2226%。结论:天花粉中Ca含量较高,Mn含量极低。

Abstract:Objective:To determine the content of 5 metal dements (Fe,Cu,Zn,Mn,Ca) in Radix Trichosanthis.Methods:Sample was digested with microwave digestion system,and was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS).Results:The method is simple,rapid and accurate.The recovery was 97.87%~103.94%,RSD was 0.3175%~1.2226%.Conclusions:The content of Ca in Radix Trichosanthis is high,but the content of Mn is low.
