| 摘 要： | 目的：建立足疗洗剂的质量标准。方法：采用薄层色谱法对制剂中的麻黄和川芎进行鉴别,并对乌头碱进行限度检查。结果：薄层色谱中斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰,乌头碱含量在规定范围内。结论：本方法可行,专属性强,重现性好,可用于足疗洗剂的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective： To establish the method of quality control for Zuliao I~ti~,n. Methods： Using TLC method to identify Herbal Ephedrae and Rhizoma Chuanxiong, and to examine aconiibe on a limited basis. Results： TLC spots developed were fairly clear, and the blank lest showed no interference. Quantitative determiration of aconitine is also up to standard. Conclusion： It is be- lieved that the method is feasible and repeatable, with little interference. It can be used for the quality control of Zuliao Lotion. |
