机关门诊护理安全管理体会

护理安全是护理管理的重要组成部分,也是护理管理的最基本的要求,随着人们对医疗服务的要求越来越高,一旦出现不安全因素,势必会引发护理纠纷,严重地影响到医院的形象,特别是机关门诊,医疗护理活动繁杂,潜在的护理安全问题相应较多,加之护理力量相对薄弱,就诊环境拥挤,增加了门诊护理工作中的不安全因素,因此,加强机关门诊的护理安全管理,对提高患者满意度,减少护理纠纷及患者投拆具有重要意义。
