针刺内麻点在火针刀技术治疗带状疱疹中的应用

目的：观察针刺内麻点在火针刀技术治疗带状疱诊中的止痛作用。方法：将89例带状疱疹患者随机分为2组,其中内麻点组46例,先电针内麻点15min,再行火针刀治疗;火针刀组43例,直接行火针刀治疗。记录施术时每组患者VAS评分,对评分进行统计比较。结果：两组间评分比较,统计差异有显著性意义（P〈0.05）。结论：施术前先进行针刺内麻点的干预,可有效缓解火针刀施术时患者的疼痛评分。

The Application of Acupuncturing Neimadian in Herpes Zoster Treatment By Technology of Cauterized needle - knife

Objective： To observe the analgesic effect of aeupuneturing Neimadian in Herpes Zoster Treatment by technology of cauterized needle - knife. Methods： 89 cases of herpes zoster patients were divided into 2 groups according to random number table. In Neimadian group, 46 cases were electric -aeupunctured in Neimadian for 15 min, then the cauterized needle -knife therapy was treated. In the other group, 43 cases were treated with cauterized needle - knife. While treating, record the pain scores of each patient in the 2 groups, then the carry out statistical comparisons of the scoring. Results： There are significant statistical differences between the scores of the 2 groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Before cauterized needle - knife treating, aeupuncturing Neimadian can effec- tively alleviate the patients＇ pain scores.
