摘    要:本实验在新生期注射谷氨酸单钠的成年大鼠上观察刺激下丘脑弓状(ARC)对丘脑束旁核(PF)单位痛放电的影响。结果:①电刺激大鼠ARC对PF单位痛诱发放电有明显的抑制作用。②新生期住射谷氨酸单钠,选择性地破坏大鼠ARC区神经元后,刺激ARC对PF单位痛放电的抑制作用比正常动物明显减少(P<0.01)。实验结果提示:刺激ARC的抑制效应可能是通过兴奋ARC区神经元而实现的。

Abstract:(1) Electical stimulation of hypothalamic arcuate nucleus(ARC)of rats had a marked inhibitory effect on the pain-evoked unit discharges of parafascicular nucleus. (2) The inhibitory effect of ARC stimulation decreased markedly(P< 0. 01)in rats neonatally treated with monosodium glutamate. (3) It is suggested that the inhibitory effect of ARC stimulation is mediated by activating neurons in ARC.
