盐酸丙帕他莫防治腹腔镜手术后急性疼痛的临床研究

目的探讨盐酸丙帕他莫防治腹腔镜手术后急性疼痛的临床疗效和安全性。方法全身麻醉下行妇科腹腔镜择期手术患者120例,随机分成两组。A组于手术结束前30 min静脉滴注生理盐水100 ml,B组于手术结束前30 min静脉滴注盐酸丙帕他莫2 g,加入到生理盐水100 ml中,监测两组患者术前和苏醒时的MAP和HR变化;记录两组患者术毕自主呼吸恢复时间、拔管时间及苏醒后VAS评分;观察有无呼吸抑制、烦躁、恶心呕吐等并发症。结果与B组比较,A组患者苏醒时MAP、HR明显增高(P<0.05);两组患者的自主呼吸恢复时间、拔管时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);B组患者各时点VAS评分明显低于A组(P<0.05)。结论预注盐酸丙帕他莫能安全有效地防治腹腔镜手术后急性疼痛。

Clinical Research of propacetamol hydrochloride preventing and treating acute pain after laparoscopic surgery

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect and safety of propacetamol hydrochloride preventing and treating acute pain after laparoscopic surgery. Methods 120 patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery in general anes- thesia were randomly divided into the two groups.The group A was given intravenous infusion of 100 ml normal saline before the end of 30＂rain operation while the group was given intravenous infusion of 2 g propacetamol hydrochloride added to the 100 ml physiological saline,The changes of MAP and HR before operation and when waking up of the two groups were monitored;the time to spontancous breathing recovery after operation,extubation and VAS after waking up were recorded;the complications such as respiratory depression,fidget,uansea etc were observed. Results Compared with group B,MAP and HR of the group A increased obviously when the patients recovered from anesthesia （P〈0.05）;tbere was no statistical differencein the time of spontancous breathing recovery and extubation （P〉0.05）;the VAS score of the group B was obviously lower than that f the group A （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The pre-injection of propacetamol hy- drochloride can prevent and treat safely and effectively acuite pain after laparoscopic surgery.
