创伤骨科患者围术期疼痛的综合护理干预

目的探讨创伤骨科患者围术期疼痛的综合护理干预措施及护理效果。方法选择本院126例创伤骨科患者，在围术期采取镇痛护理、健康宣教、心理干预、功能康复等护理干预措施，采用生活质量量表评分评价患者护理前后生活质量。结果护理后所有患者一般健康状况、躯体疼痛、社会功能和精神健康等生活质量评分均明显提高，与入院时比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。结论对创伤骨科患者采取综合护理干预措施，能有效控制疼痛，缩短病程，提高患者生活质量，值得临床推广。

Perioperative comprehensive nursing interventions on pain of patients in traumatic orthopedics

Objective To discuss the comprehensive nursing interventions and effects on perioperative pain of patients in traumatic orthopedics. Methods 126 cases of traumatic patients in our hospital were selected. They were provided with a series of comprehensive nursing interventions including analgesia, health education, mental intervention, and functional rehabilitation in perioperation. The quality of life （QOL） scores before and after nursing was compared. Methods After nursing, the scores of QOL in general health, physiological function, body pain, social function and mental health were all greatly improved, compared with QOL scores when they admitted into the hospital,the differences were significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention on patients in traumatic orthopedics can ef- fectively control pain, shorten course of disease, and improve their QOL, which is worthy of expansion in clinic.
