伏立康唑序贯疗法治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并肺曲霉菌病的效果观察

目的分析伏立康唑序贯疗法与常规疗法治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期合并肺曲霉菌病的效果。方法选择在普宁市人民医院接受住院治疗的慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期合并肺曲霉菌病患者58例为研究对象，按照治疗方法不同将其分为对照组（27例）和观察组（31例），分别接受常规治疗及伏立康唑序贯治疗，比较两组的疗效。结果观察组治疗总有效率为80．6％，明显高于对照组的55．锄，差异有统计学意义（X2=4.244，P=O．039）。结论伏立康唑序贯治疗可以有效提高慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期合并肺曲霉菌病患者的治疗效果。

Efficacy observation of voriconazole sequential therapy in treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and pulmonary aspergillosis

Objective To analyze the treatment effect of voriconazole sequential therapy and conventional therapy for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and acute exacerbation and pulmonary aspergillosis.Methods 58 cases of pa- tients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and acute exacerbation and pulmonary aspergillosis in Puning people＇s hospital were studied as research subjects,and were divided into control group （27 cases） and observation group （31 cases） accoding to the different therapy,conventional therapy was used to the control group,sequential therapy with voriconazole was used to the observation group.The efficacy about two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate in observation group was 80.6%,was significantly higher than 55.6% in the control group,there was significant dif- ference （X2=4.244,P=0.039）.Conclusion Voriconazole sequential treatment can effectively improve the treatment effect of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with acute exacerbation and pulmonary aspergillosis.
