氩离子凝固术联合抗幽门螺杆菌治疗疣状胃炎的效果分析

目的探讨氩离子凝固术联合抗幽门螺杆菌治疗疣状胃炎的临床效果。方法选择本院收治的62例疣状胃炎患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用抗幽门螺杆菌治疗,观察组采用氩离子凝固术+抗幽门螺杆菌治疗,比较两组的治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组的总有效率为93.5%,明显高于对照组的77.4%(P<0.05)。对照组治疗后病灶数为26处(34.2%),观察组治疗后病灶数为3处(3.8%),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用氩离子凝固术联合抗幽门螺杆菌治疗疣状胃炎,对患者创伤小,安全性好,并发症少,应用方便,值得临床推广应用。

Effect analysis of argon plasma coagulation combined with anti-Heli- cobacter pylori therapy in treatment of verrucosa gastritis

Objective To study the clinical~ effect of argon plasma coagulation combined with anti-Helicobacter pylori therapy in treatment of verrucosa gastritis.Methods 62 cases of patients with verrucous gastritis treated in our hospital were selected as research objects and were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Anti-Helicobac- ter pylori therapy was used in the control group,argon plasma coagulation＋anti-Helicobacter pylori therapy was used in the observation group.Therapeutic effect and adverse reactions was observed between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.5%,which was significantly higher than 77.4% of control group （P〈0.05）. The verrucous lesions number of the control group were 26 cases （34.2%）,and that of the observation group were 3 cases （3.8%）,the difference was significant between the two groups （P〈0.O5）.The incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups had no significant difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The argon plasma coagulation combined with anti-Heli- cobacter pylori therapy in treatment of verrucosa gastritis has small trauma to the patient,and with good safety,fewer complications,is easy to use,which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
