石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定化妆品乳液中铬的含量

摘    要:目的建立石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定化妆品乳液中铬的含量。方法采用铬空心阴极灯,微波消解样品,测定条件:波长357.9 nm,狭缝0.7 nm,灯电流10 mA,石墨炉原子化器,保护气为氩气,氘灯背景校正系统。结果铬浓度在2~50 ng/ml范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9993,n=6),平均加样回收率为98.2%,RSD=0.7%(n=6)。结论该方法灵敏、准确、可靠,可用于化妆品乳液中铬的含量测定。

Abstract:Objective To determine Chromium in cosmetic emulsions by using the method of graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry.Methods Chromium hollow cathode lamp was used,the samples were digested using a mi- crowave digestion instrument.Determination conditions: the determined wave length was 357.9 nm,the slit-width was 0.7 nm,the electric current of the light was 10 mA,graphite furnace atomizer was used,the protective gas was argon,deuteri- um lamp background correction was used.Results The method showed a good linear relationship within the range of 2- 50 ng/ml (r=0.9993,n=6).The average recovery rate was 98.2% with RSD=0.7% (n=6).Conclusion The method is sensi- tive,accurate,reliable and can be used for the determination of chromium in cosmetic emulsions.
