复方异丙托溴铵联合喘可治雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎的临床观察

目的探讨复方异丙托溴铵联合喘可治雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎的临床效果，为治疗积累经验。方法选取本院儿科2010年1月～2013年1月收治的94例毛细支气管炎患儿，根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组47例。对照组采取抗感染、止咳、平喘、化痰治疗，观察组在此基础上采取复方异丙托溴铵联合喘可治雾化吸人治疗。比较两组临床疗效及相关临床症状缓解或消失时间。结果观察组总有效率为95．7％，对照组总有效率为80．8％，差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。观察组喘息缓解、哮鸣音消失、湿哕音消失及咳嗽消失时间均短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。结论复方异丙托溴铵联合喘可治雾化吸人治疗毛细支气管炎，可提高临床效果，值得推广应用。

Clinical observation of atomization inhalation of compound ipratropium bromide combined with chuankezhi in the treatment for bronchiolitis

Objective To explore clinical efficacy of atomization inhalation of compound ipratropium bromide combined with chuankezhi in the treatment for bronchiolitis in order to accumulate experience.Methods 94 children with bronchi- olitis in pediatrics department of our hospital from January 2010 to January 2013 were selected and randomly assigned to observation group and control group,47 cases in each group.Against infection,cough,asthma and phlegm were used in control group,on the basis of control group,atomization inhalation of compound ipratropium bromide combined with chuankezhi were used in observation group.Clinical efficacy and clinical symptom relieved or disappeared time were compared between two groups.Results Total effective rate of observation group was 95.7%,total effective rate of control group was 80.8%,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）.Asthmatic remission time,wheeze disappearance time,wet rales dis- appearance time and cough disappeared time of observation group was shorter than that of control group respectively, with statistical difference （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Atomization inhalation of compound ipratropium bromide combined with chuankezhi in the treatment for bronchiolitis can improve clinical efficacy,which is worthy of promotion and application.
