奥沙利铂治疗胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者的护理对策

目的总结采用奥沙利铂治疗胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者的护理对策，以期为临床护理提供参考。方法选取来本院进行治疗的胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者40例，并将所有患者随机分为观察组和对照组两组，每组各20例。两组患者均给与奥沙利铂化疗治疗。对照组患者在治疗期间给予常规临床护理，观察组患者在对照组护理的基础上给与心理护理、健康教育、用药护理和药物毒性反应护理等护理干预。结果按照WHO标准进行评价，观察组患者的有效率为40．0％，对照组患者的有效率为30．0％，两组间比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组和对照组患者的神经系统毒性反应发生率分别为50．0％和60．0％，血液系统毒性反应发生率分别为50．0％和60．0％，肠道反应综合征发生率分别为60．0％和75．0％，两组间比较，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论采用奥沙利铂治胃肠道恶性肿瘤的同时给予心理护理、健康教育、用药护理和药物毒性反应护理等护理干预，能够有效提高临床总有效率，降低毒副反应的发生率。

Nursing strategies on patients with gastrointestinal cancer treated by ox- aliplatin

Objective To summarize the nursing strategies on patients with gastrointestinal cancer treated by oxaliplatin in order to provide references for clinical nursing. Methods 40 patients with gastrointestinal cancer admitted into our hospital were evenly divided into observation group and control group in randomly.Patients in both groups were treated by oxaliplatin.In the control group,the conventional nursing was provided during treatment,while in the observation group,on the basis of control group,the nursing interventions like mental nursing,health education,medication care,and drug toxicity reaction nursing,etc.were added. Results According to WHO criteria,the effective rate in the observation group and control group was 40.0% and 30.0% respectively,which displayed a statistical difference （P〈0.05）.The inci- dences of neurotoxicity,hematologic toxicity,and gut reaction syndrome in the observation group and control group were 50.0% vs 60.0%, 50.0% vs 60.0%,and 60.0% vs 75.0% respectively,compared between the two groups,the differences were all statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nursing interventions such as mental nursing,health education, medication care,drug toxicity reaction nursing and so forth on patients with gastrointestinal cancer treated by oxaliplatin can greatly improve the clinical total effective rate and reduce incidences of toxic and side effects.
