自拟降酶护肝汤治疗急性黄疸型肝炎的效果观察

目的观察自拟降酶护肝汤对急性黄疸型肝炎的疗效。方法选取2010年1月-2012年12月万江医院收住院的52例急性黄疸型肝炎患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组给予自拟护肝降酶汤治疗，对照组给予茵栀黄口服液治疗，观察两组患者治疗前后总胆红素（TBiL）、丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）的变化及不良反应发生率。结果两组患者的TBiL、ALT治疗后坷明显下降，且观察组下降水平优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组患者无一例不良反应发生。结论自拟降酶护肝汤治疗急性黄疸型肝炎的临床效果良好，不良反应发生率低。

Effect observation of self-made reduce enzyme and protective liver soup in the treatment of acute jaundice hepatitis

Objective To observe self-made reduce enzyme and protective liver soup in the treatment of acute jaundice hepatitis.Methods 52 patients with acute jaundice hepatitis in wanjiang hospital from January 2010 to December 2012 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group.Observation group was treated with self- made reduce enzyme and protective liver soup and control group was treated with yinzhihuang oral liquid.Total biliru- bin（TBiL）and alanine aminotransferase（ALT）of two groups before and after treatment and the incidence rate of adverse reaction were compared.Results TBiL and ALT of two groups were significantly decreased after treatment,TBiL and ALT of observation group was lower than that of control group respectively,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.No adverse event of patients in two groups.Conclusion Clinical effect of self-made reduce enzyme and protective liver soup in the treatment of acute jaundice hepatitis is good.It has low the incidence rate of adverse reaction.
