穴位电刺激护理在预防老年胃肠道恶性肿瘤术后下肢深静脉血栓中的作用

目的观察穴位电刺激护理在预防老年消化道恶性肿瘤手术患者下肢深静脉血栓形成中的作用，以探索一种安全、高效的中医联合护理方法。方法选择2005年7月至2007年5月年龄≥60岁的老年胃肠道恶性肿瘤手术患者120例，将其随机分为常规护理组、使用医用弹力袜组、常规护理＋穴位电刺激组，术后对3组患者的下肢静脉血流速度及血液流变学指标进行比较。结果3组患者血液流变学指标除血黏度外，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；穴位电刺激组患者下肢深静脉血流速度与常规护理组、弹力袜组相比明显加快，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论穴位电刺激护理能加快患者下肢血流速度，可有效地预防老年消化道恶性肿瘤手术患者深静脉血栓形成。

Value of Electric Acupoint Stimulation in Prevention of Postoperative Lower Deep Venous Thrombosis in Eldly Patients with Gastrointestinal Malignancies

Objective To assess the value of electric acupoint stimulation in the prevention of post- operative lower deep venous thrombosis in eldly patients with gastrointestinal malignancies and thereby explore a safe and effective nursing approach integrating Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine.Methods This study included 120 eldly patients over 60 years of age undergo- ing surgical removal of gastrointestinal malignancies between July,2005 and May,2007.The pa- tients were divided randomly into routine nursing group,elastic sock group and routine nursing plus electric acupoint stimulation group.The blood flow velocity and changes in hemodynamics of the patients were determined and compared between the 3 groups.Results Statistical significance was not found between the 3 groups in the hemodynamic parameters except for blood viscosity. Blood flow velocity in the lower deep vein was significantly accelerated in patients with electric acupoint stimulation compared with that in the other two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions Elec- tric acupoint stimulation in eldly surgical patients with malignant gastrointestinal tumor can accel- erate the blood flow velocity in the lower limb deep veins to prevent deep venous thrombosis.
