| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨Ki-67在前列腺癌及前列腺癌旁组织中的表达及其临床意义.方法 运用实时荧光定量PCR方法检测40例前列腺癌病理组织以及45例前列腺癌旁组织的Ki-67的基因表达水平.结果 Ki-67在前列腺癌组织中表达值为7.35±0.27,在45例前列腺癌旁组织中表达值为0.23±0.09,前列腺癌中Ki-67表达值高于前列腺癌旁组织,有非常显著性差异(P<0.01).结论 前列腺癌组织中Ki-67基因高表达值有助于前列腺癌的诊断.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the Ki-67 mRNA expression by real-time quantitative PCR in prostate canecer(PCa) tissue cells and their corresponding non-cancerous tissuses,explore the value of Ki-67 mRNA expression level in PCa diagnosis.
