| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨胆囊切除术患者术前辅助心理护理对患者术前、术中、术后焦虑情绪的影响。方法：通过一般术前护理,辅助责任制组长的心理护理、认知干预、行为干预以及家庭和社会干预等综合护理模式。结论：系统有效的心理护理能增强患者对手术成功的信心,提高手术成功率和术后康复。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the effects anxiety of aid mental nursing to the patients who will have the cholecystectomy before operation, in operation and after operation.Methods: taking the general preoperative nursing care and helping the group leader with the mental nursing, cognition intervention, behavior intervention and family-society intervention and other comprehensive nursing model. Conclusion: with the genealogical and effective mental nursing, the patients can strengthen the confidence to the operation. It is also helpful to raise the achievement rate of operations and postoperative rehabilitation. |
