摘    要:目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定去痛片中四种成分的含量。方法:采用C8柱,柱温为室温,以0.005mol/L己烷磺酸钠甲醇溶液-磷酸盐缓冲液(0.05mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液,含1%三乙胺,用磷酸调节pH值至3.0)(75:25)为流动相,流速为1.3mL/min,检测波长220nm。结果:样品中四种成分完全分离且线性关系良好,氨基比林、非那西丁、咖啡因和苯巴比妥的加样回收率分别为99.4%、99.4%、99.6%和100.1%,RSD分别为0.70%、0.90%、0.78%和0.83%(n=9)。结论:本法结果准确,操作简便,可以有效地控制产品质量。

Abstract:Objective:To develop a HPLC method to separate and determine four components in Qutong tablets.Methods:C8 column was used. The column temperature was ambient. The mobile phase consisted of 0.005mol/L sodium hexanesulfonate solution in methonal and phosphate buffer solution (0.05mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution, consisting 1% triethylamine, adjust the pH value with phosphoric acid to 3.0) (75:25,v/v),at a flow rate of 1.3mL/min. UV wavelength was 220nm.Results: The four components were completely separated and all of the results of method validation showed that the method was satisfactory.Conclusions:The method is accurate, easy to operate and can control the product quality more efficiently.
