| Abstract: | Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) was employed to identify and define the interaction between ibuprofen and stearic acid, stearyl alcohol, calcium stearate and magnesium stearate. All stearates were found to form simple eutectics with ibuprofen, and phase diagrams for each system were constructed. |
