急性闭合性肝损伤不同时期的超声声像图特征分析

目的：探讨急性闭合性肝损伤不同超声检查时期声像图特征，以提高超声诊断水平。方法：将76例急性闭合性肝损伤声像图类型分为高回声型、混合性回声型、低或无回声型及回声正常，并按照不同检查时间将其分为A、B两组，就其声像图类型进行组内及组间比较。结果：急性闭合性肝损伤后随着就诊时间的不同，声像图表现亦不同，2h内就诊者声像图表现以高回声为主，2h以后就诊者声像图表现以混合性回声为主，两组内及组间比较差异均有显著意义（P〈0．05）。结论：掌握这些声像图变化特征为迅速、及时诊断急性闭合性肝损伤提供独特的临床价值。

Analysis of Ultrasonographic Characteristics in Different Periods of Acute Closed Hepatic Injuries

Objective: To investigate ultrasonographic characteristics in different periods of acute closed hepatic injuries for improving ultrasonic diagnosis accuracy. Methods: According to the examination time,76 cases with acute closed hepatic injuries were divided into two groups:group A(n=44) and group B (n=32),in which ultrasonography showed high-level echo,low-level echo,echoless and normal echo.The types of imaging among groups were compared. Results: The ultrasonographic types of acute closed hepatic injuries differed in examination time,showing high-level echo in 2 hours after injuries,mixing echo after 2 hours of injuries.There were significant differences in both groups or between them (P<0.05) . Conclusion: Ultrasonography is valuable for promptly diagnosis of acute closed hepatic injuries.
