小切口全髋关节置换术78髋临床分析

目的:通过微创小切口技术进行人工全髋关节置换术,以达到保护组织、加快术后恢复的目的,同时初步探讨小切口全髋置换术的优越性。方法:对2004年9月￣2006年6月78髋小切口全髋置换术病人进行短期随访并做回顾性总结分析。结果:78髋随访12￣26周,平均16周,优62髋,良15髋,中1髋,总优良率为98.7%(77/78)。髋关节Harris评分由术前的平均39分提高到末次随访时的平均91分。结论:小切口全髋置换术,具有手术瘢痕较小,相对美观;失血量少,降低输血量;组织损伤少,术后疼痛轻,康复时间短,病人满意率高;短期并发症少等优点。

Clinical analysis of minimal incision for total hip arthroplasty in 78 cases

Objective:To explore the surgical techniques of minimal incision surgery total hip arthroplasty(MIS-THA) for the sake of tissue-preserving and rapid postoperative recovery ,then preliminarily study the advantage of MIS-THA. Methods: From September 2004 to June 2006,total 78 hip arthroplasty cases with mini-incisions received a short-term follow-up and were studied retrospectively.Results:78 cases were followed up for 12 to 26 weeks ,with an average of 16 weeks.The excellent was 62,good 15,ordinary 1,the rate of total fineness was 98.7%(77/78).The mean Harris hip score was improved from 39 points preoperatively to 91 points at the last follow-up.Conclusion:The MIS is an ideal method for total hip arthroplasty with less surgical trauma,less blood loss,rapid postoperative recovery,good satisfactory and lower operative complication .
